Dr. Charles Newell is a Vice President with GSI Environmental Inc., an environmental consulting firm located in Houston, Texas. He has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Engineering from Rice University. He is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rice University.
